We are open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm. We are closed from Noon-1:30 pm for lunch.
Holiday Hours:
We close in observance of major Federal holidays. In addition, we are closed the Friday after Thanksgiving, and December 24th and 31st.

Lafayette Pediatrics and Internal Medicine is located in the Community Physicians Pavilion on the campus of Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center in Lafayette, CO. Our address is:

From the North: Go south on Highway 287 to the southern edge of Lafayette. Turn left (east) onto Campus Drive at the southern entrance of the Good Samaritan Campus. Take the second left turn into the Community Physicians Pavilion parking lot (Entrance #4 – watch for the sign). Look for Building #300. Our office is on the 4th floor, across from the elevator.

From the East: Go west on 144th/Dillon Road. After passing under Northwest Parkway, turn right (north) onto Highway 287. Take the next right (east) onto Campus Drive at the southern entrance of the Good Samaritan Campus. From the West: Go east on Dillon Road/144th. After passing under Northwest Parkway, turn left (north) on Highway 287. Take the next right (east) onto Campus Drive at the southern entrance of the Good Samaritan Campus. Take the second left turn into the Community Physicians Pavilion parking lot (Entrance #4 – watch for the sign). Look for Building #300. Our office is on the 4th floor, across from the elevator.
If you are traveling on the Northwest Parkway, make sure you exit at Highway 287 and go north.
From I-25, go west on 144th Ave and follow the directions ‘From the East.’
From Highway 36, exit onto 287 north and follow the direction ‘From the South.’
