The Patient and Parent Advisory Council (PPAC) is a small group of patients and parents of patients who meet 4 times per year with Dr. Palazzari. The PPAC helps guide the direction of the clinic and aids Dr. Palazzari in decision making regarding the policies and procedures of the clinic. They are a valuable source of feedback for our staff. In addition, the PPAC members serve as a resource for our other patients and as a liaison to Dr. Palazzari.
If you would like to join the PPAC, please let Dr. Palazzari or our staff know. The size of the Council is limited to allow for frank discussion, but the members do rotate.
The PPAC is available to answer your questions and take your comments. If you would like to contact a member of the PPAC, please send an email to:
The members can answer general questions about the clinic and staff and more specific questions regarding the policies and procedures of the clinic. In addition, they are a way to provide feedback to the clinic about any concerns or improvements you’d like to see. Of course, positive feedback is always welcome, too! Your comments will remain anonymous. The PPAC members do not answer any medical questions.
