Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center – Located in Lafayette, on the same campus as our clinic. Our providers have affiliate privileges here. The fully staffed emergency department is open 24 hours a day.
Avista Adventist Hospital – Located in Louisville at 100 Health Park Drive. Our providers also have affiliate privileges here. The fully staffed emergency department is open 24 hours a day.

North Suburban Medical Center – Located in Thornton at 9191 Grant Street. The fully staffed emergency department is open 24 hours a day.
Saint Anthony North Hospital – Located in Westminster on 144th Avenue next to I-25. It has a 24 hour emergency department.
Boulder Community Hospital – Foothills Hospital is in eastern Boulder at Arapahoe and Foothills Parkway. It has a 24 hour emergency department.
