We are excited to announce a new program at LPIM: Project Check Up. We are joining in a statewide effort to be sure that all kids between the ages of 3 and 9 are up to date on their vaccinations and annual physicals. We have some great incentives planned to help motivate families to bring their children in for well child checks.
- The first 200 children between 3 and 9 years old who come in for an annual physical between January and June of 2018 will receive a $20 cash.
- Children between 3 and 9 years old who have an annual exam, and who are up to date on all their vaccinations, will be entered in a drawing to win one of 2 Family Memberships at the YMCA, or to receive the same amount towards family memberships at the gym or rec center of their choice. We will choose one family each half of 2018.
- For families that struggle with transportation, we also are happy to announce that we can help! We have a new program that can schedule Lyft rides to and from appointments.
Annual well child checks help us monitor the growth and development of your child, identifying issues before they become significant. We address important issues like nutrition, sleep, behavior, learning, school readiness and performance, and family functioning. Health is more than just points on a growth curve (although we look at those too!). We are excited to launch Project Check up. Please give us a call to schedule your exam.
